Three Faiths Forum Middle East Launch - Tuesday 24th June 2008

3ff is delighted to announce the Official Launch of Three Faiths Forum Middle East in Jerusalem this month. For more information about this exciting event please see our invitation.

Three Faiths Forum Middle East is already pioneering "Tools 4 Trialogue" programmes between 3ffyoung people of Jewish, Christian and Muslim backgrounds in Jerusalem.

The workshops will be conducted in Hebrew and Arabic and will initially target age groups of 14 – 24 years.  A youth project is underway for Christians and Muslims from Abu Tor, and Jewish youth from Talpiot, both in Jerusalem for joint sessions followed by an overnight trip. "Tools 4 Trialogue" will also serve a group of Muslim and Jewish students of social work who will use the project to enhance their understanding of issues of social welfare through the lens of religious texts. 3ff

This programme, sponsored by Orange, will engage 5,000 young people to volunteer in more than 50 events between August 2nd and September 26th 2008 – where each volunteer will earn a free ticket to our exclusive concert at a prestigious London concert venue. 

Since 2005, RockCorps has engaged nearly 30,000 young people across the United States in 15 cities. Working with over 150 non-profit organizations, RockCorps has executed 300 4-hour volunteer events, and this summer RockCorps it is going international.
