Training for Teachers

3FF’s Professional Development workshops for teachers and educators

“I really appreciated the teaching and application. I feel a lot more confident about handling difficult questions/issues and making them safe J”
Teacher & Youth Pastor, Germany

As our society has become more diverse, so have our schools. Students from different faith, belief and cultural backgrounds meet in classrooms and playgrounds across the country every day. This brings great opportunities for young people to learn about each other’s beliefs and identities.

However, if differences aren’t explored and discussed in a positive way, it can lead to confusion, tension and conflict. There is a real need for students to have the opportunity to make sense of diversity in safe spaces, supported by trained professionals.

Using over 15 years’ experience working in schools, 3FF provides expert training for senior leaders, teachers and trainee teachers to support them to do this.

If you are looking for other training or guidance that fits with 3FF’s expertise, please contact us to discuss bespoke training.
